epassporte account deleted?

I made an account back in January. I sent verification deposits, however after about a month I had NOT received them. I opened a support ticket via their site which explained the problem. I tried to log in yesterday and it says my User ID doesn't exist. I am positive that I am using the correct ID and password as they are both in my e-mail inbox from epassporte themselves. Anyone else had this problem?

My account was also deleted. I had my account verified, but never made a deposit and I'm thinking this is why it was deleted.

I noticed this too about 4 days ago. I was checking to see if my checking account was unblocked because epassporte said they had an error with it and it would be corrected immediately. 3 days later after I had checked multiple times to see if my account was unblocked and it wasn't, it now says my user ID does not exist. I emailed 3 different addresses for epassporte support and have gotten no replies after 5 days.
