2/4 1010 UTG facing reraise

I'm playing at around 18/14 this session and raise to 16 UTG with 1010 with 400 effective stacks. Button who's a 17/13 reraises to 48. I feel like his reraising range will usually be AQ/AK or a pocket pair above mine and 10% of the time he'll have maybe a SC or trash. If I were in position, should I make this call? or even oop? Please discuss my analysis here/possible flop situations as I feel this is where I've been leaking chips.

i always call, sometimes 4bet planning on caling push, if he's been doin it a lot

4betting is pretty godawful against a 17/13... call and fold are both fine, but fold is probably better oop.

dunno what the numbers mean...but i can't imagine folding is ever good with normal stacks...even if you are playing only for set value
