Default should i be valuebetting this river?

I still don't have a great feel for how people are playing really strong hands like quads here and whether I really ever have to worry about getting c/r on this river or if this is a simple valuebet against worse K's, or if I am ever getting called by worse K's. This may be really simple, sorry if it is, just wasn't sure how often I should be valuetowning this river.

Villain has been calling out of the blinds a fair amount, but c/f most of the time. I think he c/c flop once and c/f to a 2nd barrel and also donked the turn once and I folded.

if you have been fairly active i really like a bet here. he almost never has a 2 the way it was played. you might lost to KT but more often he'll make a hero call with some other K or even a T.

This is only a value bet if you have reason to believe you'll be called thin. Against an unknown I check behind, you get called by a bad 2 or AA pretty often, and the only value might be in pushing out a chop, but I don't know if that's likely.

I don't see how he calls with a worse hand because, given the flop action, isn't your hand close to the worst you can have? On that boare are you calling with an unpaired flush draw? And if you have a king, it will very often be kt, ak, kq, so if he has a worse king he doesn't beat much. You are probably not pushing him off a split either.
If the flop was k25 or something it would make more sense bc you would peel with worse hands.
