Default NL400 KK vs A on board

villain is 25/10/very aggressive over ~30 hands
My plan on the river was to c/f to any bet
I would have folded the turn if it would not have been an A (or K) or he had bet more than 100

A c/r on this flop would be terrible. What would it accomplish? Make a big pot w/ a marginal hand OOP and only allow better hands to call?

If villain is bluffing the flop.. Isnt it standard for him to fire again on a blank turn, folding out TT-KK?
