Does this exist? If so what is the going rate and how do I find them. I did a search and couldn't find anything.

I'm pretty new to sportsbetting. I'm mostly interested in learning about line shopping/other basic concepts. I have a largish roll to play around with so a few 50/hour sessions would probably be a good investment.

I'd suggest reading the FAQs, search for "The Well" threads, and get Sharp Sports Betting by Stanford Wong. There's a lot you can learn from this forum.
