Quick question, am I "always" reraising this preflop?

Against a villain this aggro -- I'm pretty much always RR.

I always re-raise this preflop. 3bet pots are pretty easy to play correctly, and in this case especially. You want to repop because hes a fairly short stack and youll be basically playing for stacks on the flop.

I would repop to 2.00 then all in on the flop regardless what comes.

He has been calling alot of my preflop raises. It was starting to make me frustrated because I couldn't get him to fold.

Unless there was a raise and a reraise in front of you, or the player only raises 2 to 3% of his hands (which would be better than your jacks) you should reraise. If he raises again you should give up in most cases.
