Default Horrible river play? Stacks too big for shove?

villain is 16/5 over 300 hands with a went to showdown of 20%. his c/c on the flop and turn basically means he has a Q, KK or AA. Generally I shove this river but here I went for a small overbet because we're pretty deep and from what little info I have villain is tight enough to laydown a Q here if I do...not sure about AA/KK though. Still a shove? I think a shove here is like $190 into a $60 pot.

I bet 10 on the flop, 30 on the turn and push the river.

Sorry, I should have pointed this out, but I was sort of distracted when this went down and didn't really make the greatest bet sizes. Then on the river was like 'OMG quads' and thought a shove might be TOO huge.

bet more on turn.

but... if u bet $20 on the river, do u think u could induce a raise from a Q/KK/AA? then u could shove over the top. i dunno if they'd do that though, i guess ud kinda be repping a mid pair like 99/TT right? question is whether they think they could get value from raising. Just a thought, this line could be horrible though.

As played though, i think that bet amounts alright

Villain will never fold anything on that river in which he called the turn with. Easy shove.
