Well for the 73 hand I was in the big blind and it was min raised I believe. The other player was insta calling my bets which led me to believe he had top pair or flush draw. I am not claiming to be an elite player like Brian Townsend but I do have alot of experience at every level up to 5-10 and 25-50 blinds, more so 5-10. Therefore I believe I have an advantage over an average player trying this. Playing 10% percent of bankroll at a table is risky but if I tried 5% it would just take to long to move up in stakes.

[/ QUOTE ]

In this spot, if he just has top pair or a flush draw, how many outs do you think he has against you? If he hits, will he take your whole stack?

Now do you understand why everyone is skeptical of your goal?

Personally, I think we're getting leveled here. No one can be this egotistical.

We constantly tell new players not to be results oriented, and then someone starts up this kind of junk thread in the Beginner's Forum. This stuff should be in Brags or some other place - not here.

I'm at $480.05 right now. I think thats pretty good for only 6 hours of playing. I did deviate from my strategy of playing 10% of bankroll and moved up in blinds so the chances of me busting are now becoming greater. I was just so bored playing 10/25 cent blinds.

Good luck bro, I hope you make it and prove everyone wrong. With a screen shot of course.

I did this before. It was awesome. I was running over everyone at every table. I moved in with AA some dude calls with A2, another calls with J5s, and another called with KJ preflop. After grinding 200 to 7,000 I won this pot to destroy my goal of 20,000.

Now if I can find a store that will take play money....

If you multitable (meaning >8 tables) 60 hours a week you could probably play around 50K hands a week, times 8 weeks is 400K hands, so you'd need to make 5 cents per hand. Should be easily doable even at NL 50, assuming you're a competent player which I won't comment on.

I just deposited $200.00 dollars on pokerstars. My goal is to grind this amount up to $20,000 within 60 days.

This made me laugh. Reading the hand made me laugh more.

Nice post. Keep it up. This site could use some more funny posts.
