If you are physically able, you should seriously beat his ass. Or just steal all his IDs and [censored]. I'm sure an ex con that went to jail for fraud would have all kinds of problems getting new IDs, credit cards, etc.

No offense but you'd be one mean individual to jail your brother. He needs help not punishment. You should use encouragement to get him through this matter NOT HATE. Get some counseling. See your pastor. Do what you have t o do but he needs to be loved.
Jake edit: By the way, I don't see how having a tormented brother is any kind of a brag?

it was prob my bro as i havent played on UB for a couple of weeks. i dnt normally play NL cash games. i logged on yesterday to find my password changed and ive emailed them 6,7 times and all theyve said is theyre lookin into it.
I think im guna go to the police cause he will keep doin it with other ppls accounts. Ive spoke to my mum and she says i should go to the police.

He had counselling inside cause he was in a soft prison. and it clearly hasnt worked. Im wrestling with my conscience here. Kick his as (try) or send him back to prison where hopefully he'l get better.
