Default Keep my sanity (5/10)

Villian is pretty nitty from what i've seen. Not too much experience, but i'd say he's getting killed by the game.
I just stacked AK with KK on a AKx flop i smooth called the 3-bet pf in SB. That's all our history.

He has 1200 i cover.

He opens 30 utg I call mp with KJs (suits dont matter)
I'm treating this hand pf how i would treat T9s His range isn't super tight, but its tight.

KT6r
chk chk
I think he checks a lot of hands here. IME a nitty player is more likely to spew with air if i check a flop like this, or is going for a c/r. This is my mix it up line.

Turn J
He bets 20 (wtf?) I raise to 100 he calls
I can see this as a scared line with AK or AA but I'm pretty confused. AQ got there, but i think with a hand like that he'd want to build a pot and make a real bet. I don't think he thinks enough to make a bluff inducing sort of bet. I'm raising because I have two pair.

River 4
He bets 220
This is a super easy fold right? What the hell is going on?

Am i just running bad? Is this a super easy fold? A super easy call? My hand is very underepped by the turn, is the raise still really bad? Preflop police? I just got back into these games, (playing party poker). Thanks a lot.

super easy call... it's not even a really huge bet or anything, so just move on if you're beat, but it doesn't really look like you are.

I fold. I think you are up against AQ and JJ much more often than AK and AA. The reason being that he bet small you raised and now hes betting big which to me indicates that the initial small bet was not scared but for purposes of milking a strong hand.

Fold preflop. Bet flop for information, especially in position. It's also good to prevent him from peeling free cards. Looks like he has AQ, which is y u bet about 2/3 pot on flop. If he's fairly tight, he'll probably just pitch his hand. River is probably a fold readless, so nh.

Ok, results aside, (I call he has AQ, whatever)
My first thought is instacall, whatever I lose a small pot and I have two pair. I can still see AA/AK doing this because i'm supposed to call down lightly. Other than that, its a weird line where I'm much more likely to see a set/straigh i think. Just a basic hand, but playing these hands perfectly means a lot.
