3pm ET is 800pm in europe which is their prime time. at the only large site left, there are some juicy tables just not as many.

Just checked the 4pm ET tables at Pokerstars.

1/2 Fixed Limit Full tables

Avg Pot: $8
Players/Flop: 18%-22%
Avg Preflop raise: 10-12%

Good luck trying to beat the rake at those games.

They aren't any tougher. Within the US you got 4 time zones, so 11:00 AM EST is 7AM Pacific. Who are those people playing at 7AM? Don't ask me, but they suck.

Also Morning and afternoon in the US is evening time in Europe. Plenty of crazy drunk Euros who suck.

Besides you also have the housewifes at home with hubby's credit card, since hubby is at work, they can't suck so they play poker.

Not to mention the jobless bums who play all day. They suck at life just like they do at poker.

I've also wondered about some of these 6-9am crappy players.

Seems like more of the multi-tabling TAG's are filling all the tables in American evening hours and there might not be quite as many fish to go around.

I know this means I'm actually saying that morning games are better than evening games but that's how it's been going for me lately. It's weird.
