Villain is 27/23/3.5 and WTSD/W$SD of 21/55. One of the best TAGS at Party 200NL IMO. I've got to fold somewhere, but where? Think my vote is the turn.

If you raise the flop, it allows for a fold on later streets. I'd make it $100-110ish and fold to a push.

3-bet bigger pre-flop especially given UTG's stack ($26-$31+). He will make a mistake here a lot.
