as mvoss said you don't want to give a free card here for those on a draw for flush or straigh, you must make him pay for is draw.
If you check on the turn you'll show weekness, and someone will surelly bet behind you, then what? does he or does he not have Ace? But if you bet and are reraise you probably are up againt a pair of aces and you can calculate better your pot equity.
