Also it appears that many of you regard gambling addiction as just "stupid," and, "retarded." Gambling addiction is kind of a big deal, and this guy asked to be barred from the casino specifically because he knew he couldn't control it. The casino then did everything they could to get him back despite these wishes. I think the guy should have a pretty good case.
