Wow that is a tough spot. I suppose without reads your fold might be right but I wouldn't be able to do it.
I suspect your Q is good if you hit because if he had the nut flush he would probably trap on the flop. |

As i thought more about the hand, i share your opinion that if he has a flush the q is good, he could have 2pair or set and try to protect against draws, but i dont know, maybe he got it ...
