Default NL400 QQ hand

I've read on 2+2 for a couple of years and have never posted so I dont know how to use the hand convertor.

not much of a read on villain he is at a lot of my tables and seems to be a winning player. We have reraised each other preflop a few times but never played a real pot.

Wow...weird line by villian.

Looks like a busted FD or a monster (full house or flopped trips). Problem is the busted FD could have just caught an A.

Easy fold I guess?

lol, you've missed the link in every converted hand that leads to the converter?

Anyway, for the hand. The ace probably didn't change his hand but the fact that he shoved when it hit probably means you're beat. I'll just call the turn also.

call turn planning to call river. as played i think i fold b/c this is not the line people often take w/ missed draws, and his whole line looks like 77 a lot, and a lot of the time its not its AsXs. this is a bad river to snap off bluffs on and thats coming from someone who loves to catch bluffs. too many of his missed draws have you beat here

Kinda a strange line for villain to take with a monster or AA/KK, but, unless you have some read on this guy or some history I think you have to take his word for it and fold river. Not a very good spot him him to bluff given the possibility your AK just hit. So while he may be trying to take advantage of a scare card, it's also very likely he has Ax[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or 88/87/77.

Not really a big fan of the turn raise either, unless you have a read he floats->donks a lot. I'd generally just call, tell myself it's pot control, and then re-evaluate river. He could easily play 99 like this (up to the turn bet, anyhow) and I'd really just like a showdown rather than force the issue and create a big pot when I'm not really sure where I'm at.
