Default 99 on Btn. Awfully played.

I totally butchered this hand. I am not sure why I played it this way, but looking at it now I am sick to my stomach.(it has nothing to do with results) Comments on all streets would be helpful.

Hmm, I don't mind it so much.

Which part made you puke?

I would raise flop to 1.25$. SB looks like he's holding AK or AQ and looking to see the turn card for cheap (weak blocking bet).

BB/SB have extremely short stacks, so we want to make their decision as difficult as possible. You could already be beat, but IMO you're destined to lose 2-3$ in that case (on the flop).

If on turn BB is still around, and he checks, I would bet around 1/2 to 2/3 of the pot (after all, even if he got a ten, you just got yourself an OESD so you have to bet it for value) and check behind on river if you miss it.

Raise flop. An argument can be made for re-raising PF depending on reads. Keep raising their small bets throughout the whole hand.

I'd definately reraise the flop to get information about villains holdings. As played, fold river to a substantial bet.

Am I reading the HH wrong? OP did raise the flop. There was no river. And are y'all really suggesting he put in a 4th raise with 99?

OP called a very small bet on the flop.

we should be raising this flop, not for information, but to protect our hand by charging 6-outs draws (overcards)
