lol. That range is basically worst case scenario, some people push with JJ or even TT here or AQ - not to mention the odd time they have QQ. To say that he is only pushing AA/KK is ridiculous.

Blinds are small, and villains range is most likely crushing us, so why risk all your chips in this spot when it's at best slightly +ev given level and betting pattern?

AA/KK is more likely to flat call, AK will either fold or push, with pushing being more likely.

I think due the fact villain and hero didnt played any hands before this hand, you could take that allong with your consideration of making the call. When villain pushes he probably allready thinks Hero is going call imo.

first id raise to 250-300 not encouraging the SB to overcall once UTG calls.
funny that initailly i was thinking fold esp at this level. but i think thats just my cash games influence coming over to turneys. I cant really see people pushing a hand that we dominate here, I know I have +ev against QQ here with an UTG raise then 3 bet AI. Best case senario i think he has AK. making this a fold. - my inital thoughts (keep in mind that I am somewhat of a survivalist in that I dont like going out early on coinflips) But i def see the arguments for calling without too much regret. I guess we can say read independent call, if u respect the player at all FOLD.
