new neteller merchant

babykgb.com is a technology superstore and site lists neteller as accepted merchant for payment. Is anyone brave enough to try it and report results?

is there a way to cancel my EFT at neteller so that I can spend my money instead of just having it sitting there in a pending EFT?

When I tried to spend neteller money at a non-gaming site it was declined because of region (US). This might be worth a try, but earlier neteller told me that ALL transactions were being frozen for US customers. Perhaps this one would go through . . . ?
