Default Apartment

Currently our family rents out an apartment in brooklyn at cost to my uncle, he might be moving to boston.

anyway i was just wondering what people would pay for roommates or the whole thing

3 bedrooms (1 master) 1.5 bath rooms
kitchen with attached dinnette and living room and balcony

its obviously an apt. the neighborhood is sheepshead bay

Note: im not trying to actually rent this place out just looking at its potential

Check out craigslist for comparable places and see what they're going for in that same neighborhood. Rent.com might also help.

I don't know the going rate for real estate in that area, but Sheepshead Bay is in the boonies, but at least it's right near the Belt.

streeteasy.com compiles a ton of real estate listings in nyc and has a pretty good search function, compare it to things on there.
