My question is what does these companys that offer rake back programs get from this servise how do they make there money and whats the best reakeback program for stars thanks

More people affiliate bring in to poker room, more % he gets. And there is no rakeback program for stars to advertise.

Affiliates generally get X% of your rake back, and they give you X-n% of it.
