I'm all for any all time movie list that includes Predator

19.)Predator- When the one dude wont run anymore from the creature, stops on the log to wait to face it while the others scurry on, and cuts himself on the chest with that giant knife.

U-571: The Submarine is sinking and McConaughey has to choose one of the Privates (or whatever they're called in the Navy) to swim in and repair something. He has to do this knowing the one he chooses isn't coming back alive.

Frailty: Bill Paxton (demon hunter)stands above his son wielding an axe. He tells his son that he has nothing to fear --- as long as he's not a demon. You're not a demon are you son?

Untouchables: Sean Connery talking to Kevin Costner in the Church. They pull a knife? You pull a gun. They put one of yours in the hospital? You put one of theirs in the morgue. That's the Chicago way...

Gladiator -- When he reveals himself to the emperor. Can't remember the exact dialog, but something along the lines of "Father of a slain son, husband of a slain wife, and I will have my revenge, in this life or the next."

A Few Good Men -- Given the criteria, Jack Nicholson's "You want me on the that wall, you need me on that wall, I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly imagine" speech could be good.

Braveheart - "Freeeeedommmmm" scene at the end

Tombstone - Hard to remember, but the scene where Wyatt Earp is walking in the river just shooting everyone and not ducking anymore. I think he says something like "it ends now".
