SixthSense,

Any chance of doing the right thing and giving your customers partial refunds or credits?

Your product is ridiculously expensive for the amount of problems you've had over the last couple of months, and your support has been second rate. I think a gesture like this would go a long way to giving both you and your product more credibility.

I'm not paying another cent until you provide either better support or lower prices (there are decent, far cheaper alternatives), and I'm sure there are others who feel the same.

- An unhappy customer.

Yes, I'm very sorry all our scanners are messed up. My partner currently isn't reachable, and he's got most of the scanners (I just backup Party).

I'm going to issue a one month refund to all current customers (via a one month free extension) as compensation for all the stability problems.

If you still feel you don't want Sixth Sense, pm me and I can refund this last month and your remaining sub. But we are going to work on it and get it fixed soon, and I'd like to keep your business.

Sixth Sense is still opening a growing number of postgres.exe processes (indirectly)

Is this fixable?

This is ridiculous. The last time my subscription was up my status was set to renew manually, but it automatically renewed it for me. I complained and was told that this would not happen again. Now, with 3 days left on my subscription and it still set to manually it just automatically renewed me and took $110 off my credit card!

I had planned to renew but thats not the point. You cant just deduct money from my card when I specifically have it set not to
