Golden Palace casino's North America customer support number is 888-217-5648. Their promotional e-mail is prize@goldenpalace.com.

Since this e-mail gives different contact info than can be found on their site, it does make me a bit skeptical, but at the same time, they give an e-mail address with the goldenpalace.com domain.

I would suggest calling the standard customer support number and asking about it.

I received the email. Gave them a call to claim the bonus and got denied by the support person. They told me I was ineligible because I had accounts at a several casinos in the group. Im guessing they are telling me Im banned. It took 7 weeks for golden casino to pay me, not sure what golden palace is like.

I've just fininshed the 100% to $300 bonus and ended up losing the whole bonus 2/3 of the way through the wagering, to eventually going on a mad winning spree and cashing out a very unlikely $465 profit. I seemed to be on the right side of the variance although not before the dealer had hit 6 Blackjacks in a row, first time I've seen that.
