Default 5-bet with flush draw?

Villain in BB is 23/20/4 over 40 hands. Hero is seen as 27/12/2.

Crypto NL100

SB ($99)
BB ($100)
UTG ($48.47)
MP ($28.61)
Hero ($144.50)
Button ($1.15)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
Hero raises to $3, BB calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero bets $4, BB raises $8, Hero raise $24, BB raises $77, Hero ...

... folds!

Hero say: You hit your set?
Villain says: flush draw

Do you believe it?
Comments on flop play welcome too.

I guess there's a chance that he can have a flushdraw here, more likely are the obvious sets but I think a player that's 23/20/4 will be shoving hands like A3hh, 5xhh, 45, 56, 35, basically any big combo draw. I think that I'm committed to the hand here, board's just too drawy and the opponent seems to be just too aggro to let it go.

don't fold after you 3 bet, you turn your hand into a bluff

Agreed. Also I guess this fold wasn't good for my image.
Well I re-raised thinking that the min-c/r of the BB wasn't too informative. Some players c/r the PF raiser just to see if he holds the PP.
By the way I'm not overly committed: I lost $27 on my stack of $144.
Thanks.

If I wanted to raise the flop I would make it $35, and it would be with the intention of getting it all in. If I wasn't comfortable getting it all in I would just call the flop and play a turn.
