Ephedrine

A few people have mentioned to me that they take ephedrine in conjunction with their workout plan. I would like to know what some of the OOT workout gurus have to say about this product.

What are the benefits of it? What are the risks/dangers of taking it? Any other info or experiences would be appreciated as well

It's a vasodilator, and increases your metabolic rate of calorie burn. Check Wikipedia for ECA stack for more complete information.

I'm not terribly familiar, but isn't it standard to drop the A now?

Alright, I read the article on wiki about ECA stacks, but I'm not great with a lot of the really technical references. I would like to burn fat, and preferably not lose a ton of muscle. I am a little overweight right now, but still pretty athletic and reasonably strong.

Are these stacks sold in a package, or do I have to by everything separately and put it all together? What would be the best method of getting the caffeine? How much caffeine is in a cup of coffee?

Anyone know what the legal situation is in Canada at present?

Not too sure on that - I stick to what's worked in the past, and I'm still taking 20mg Vasopro + 200mg Excedrin. Works well enough imo.

Buy Vasopro (Ephedrine) or Ma Huang (Ephedra) online, get it shipped to you, take it with Excedrin headache medicine. Booya.

As for legality, it's probably not.

Canada is in the stone age about supplements. You can get protein powders taken up at customs frequently.
