If this is true; why does anybody think the police would be able to do anything?

Even if the guy was found with a suitcase full of money, how could Grimstarr prove ownership?

Also, won't casinos cut you cashiers checks?

You should have used the 130k in a laptop case as a pillow, not only is it balla its harder for you to get robbed easily while sleeping

i think you guys are stupid if you still think this is a joke. i thought it was a joke to begin with, but this thing has dragged on too long for it to be a joke. if this was a joke, grimstar would have been very quick to post his "side" of the story, just to [censored] with us. instead he waited a few days and has been fairly unresponsive - seems like he's not too sure what to do (obv he's in a tough situation).

and it seems people have met rick in person, yet neither rick nor anyone else has confirmed it's a joke. rick himself has not been on 2p2 in weeks... if i were rick and this were a joke, i would have been posting on 2p2 a few days ago, since this is a serious matter and he would have realized by now the joke should be over (if it were a joke)

1) call police to get kid with stolen money as soon as it happened. getting $ back in the hands of anyone but theif is #1 priority, dealing with the legal aspects of how u got/earned money comes after this very important first step, and will be handled in some sort of court.

2) get top notch L.A. lawer that knows gambling ins and
outs.

3) get a goon to haunt this kid, for 15k bro i will. pm me if interested

4) all your remaining $ hide good. govt gonna be on you

Grimm...phone your house insurance agent(or your parents agent if you still live with them)...slim chance, but the laptop case is definetly covered.

Would it be possible for Grim to call his cell phone company, tell them he lost the phone while in California, give them the number/other info, then they could track it and tell him where it is?

[/ QUOTE ]

The guy has 130K, he can afford to throw it out and buy a new one.
