Re: Shaun\'s beginners guide to 180s
[ QUOTE ]
Never used pokeroffice because PT is too awesome to try anything else and is great for cahs games. But you need PAHUD with PT. [/ QUOTE ] How important do you consider PAHUD to be for tournament play? Do you use it much when deciding whether or not to resteal? |

Re: Shaun\'s beginners guide to 180s
Nice summary of these.
Your chip stack goals are significantly different from mine, but I think they provide a good outline to how one should approach these tourneys. The only thing I disagree about is "the fact" that the regulars wait until level 7 to start stealing a lot. I don't think this necessarily true. I, for one, base my steals on stacks and the play of the table. I'd rather steal with antes, but I'm definately not waiting around if I don't think I have to. Then again, I really don't think that I play like most of the regulars -- so maybe you are right. IMO, levels 8 and 9 are the most important of the entire tourney. |

Re: Shaun\'s beginners guide to 180s
btw, while reading this post and all the replies I played a $20/180 and took 3rd, so it clearly is brilliant and guarantees $$$. there can be no other explanation.
