You stated you read all the books. You did also read your Wallace, didn't you? If, alas, not, here's
the first example to get you started. It's in bold, you need to scroll down a page. You can just read the examples, they're good entertainment.

1. Never ever teach fish unless they ask for help.

2. Buy booze for everyone at the game; this will make up for the fact you are a big winner.

You must learn to pet the donkeys, this means, taking turns befriending them, tell them what you need to to make them feel better. If they honestly think your good, offer to to help them get better. Make OBVIOUS but not costly errors. Do lil things like flash your neighbor that's out of the hand, your hand occasionally. Basically be nice and be generous, you must learn to manipulate the crowd, you must befriend them, If they start catcalling and being pissy towards the end of a good night of yours, you need to playfully tell them, look I don't tell you how to donk off your chips, don't tell me how to donk off mine! And you never ever admit to winning more than $20, keep a bottle of whiskey and a case of beer and soda handy, go get some pizza. People dont even care if you win, if they think your supplying food and drinks and they are having fun. You must always be a gracious winner, no gloating, none, ever. Keep an eye on the people that are getting upset, sit out a hand, take him to the side and talk to him, be concerned, not just act concerned, if he needs a lil boost, give it to him, if he needs a kick in the butt give that to him too, but honey works better than vinegar, you must work the crowd.

ive only crushed my home game with about the same number of people involved so in that way we are in the same boat. the way that we are not is i really took to heart the stories i heard about chip reese. they say that one of his biggest assets is his ability to lure and keep fish in the bigger games using what is known as "chip-talk". i also have learned much from HSP.... sammy farha (except for the recent comment to aba) and danny n. and eli elezra are always chatting it up, talking about gambooling, and trying to make nice around the table. do things like showing missed bluffs and laughing it up, a line i always use on some one whom im beating is (and i say it like i really mean it) "you know what i like about your game bro?" "what" "everything". they love it. in one show sammy farha is talking about how barry used to be sammy's hero (because he was winning a lot) and then said now laak is his hero b/c he is up. laak goes on to say he loves it when they give the BS, and so will your fish. GL.

If they are having fun they won't mind losing. It's what has kept Chip Reese's pockets consistently deep all of these years...the people playing him don't mind losing to him.
