Strategies for $100NL
Yesterday I saw someone make $2500 over about 1500/hands of .5/1. So I watched him play and decided to change a few things I do. I wanted to get feedback on possible strategy suggestions. I've just started playing so it's a small sample size, but I make about $250 over 700/hands.
- play LAG - instead of raising PF a lot, limp in (rarely raise with suited connectors, PPs) - raise PF premium hands - c-bet smaller amounts (most fold if they missed) - call 3-5bb PF raise with suited connectors, PPs, sometimes any two for implied odds (i.e. 'stackability') - don't call short stacks PF raises except with premium hands - raise weak bets with decent hands, good draws or air - consider opponents PF action, position, and betting amounts - don't bluff the river, too many won't fold - bet aggressively with good hands - fold big hands when shown aggression |

Re: Strategies for $100NL
You don't make 250 per 700 hands - trust me..
Play like this and give everyone your screenname. |
