Not quite. If you're in position with a suited connector than:

If bet is more than 10% of your stack, easy fold
If bet is less than 5% of your stack, easy call

Between 5 and 10 is up to you to fiture out.

That should stir up some thought as to what to do with a suited connector when you're OUT of position.
