I would lead out and bet the flop. If he has the straight- he is probably raising. I think the flop and turn is played a bit passively, but really nothing wrong with it. He could easily have JTxx here. If he just calls your bet on the flop it means he probably has 2 pair or something like that.

This looks like a crazy min raise for value. If he is aggressive as you mentioned- then he could raise this without the nuts.

Unless you have a sick feeling he has AAxx - you reraise the pot. If you just call and he has something like KQxx you lost a lot of value. Your not really deep so I believe it would be standard to reraise the river- probably pot. I think every omaha player has made a raise on the river they regret and the villian did indeed have the nuts. You just chalk it up as a sick cooler and move on. A few months ago I just called when someone did this and he had like 3rd or 4th nut vs my 2nd nut. I definately regretted not raising.

as played call the river raise and dont freak out if he shows you AA, it will happen and it's not that uncommon and given the way you got to the river there's nothing you can do about it.

If he'll call with any boat then push and cry if he has AA. Obviously if he only calls with AA or AK then just call.
