nits, Ahigh 3handed is the nuts [/ QUOTE ] I agree there's no question about raising preflop. However, A-high (or a pair of 3's) is not necessarily winning on this board. It'll really depend on what "villain is a fish" means. AS |

Re: keep barrelling?
i just ck preflop and as played ck fold the turn i think its not like ur ever gonna get the fish to fold 7x on the turn and after he calls the flop im assuming he folds almost no range of hands on the turn, even tho to some repping the K mite fold out small pairs. maybe underpairs i guess? would he limp a pair preflop? theres also the problem of after we bet the turn i duno how often we get a freeshowdown with A hi if we are good and i doubt ck calling would be +EV on this board with ace rag.
honestly tho should we raise weak offsuit aces in this spot? anyone got any empirical evidence, i always just figured their lack of playability, our poor position and the likelihood anyone who limps otb preflop will peel almost every flop and turn, so we get little fold equity by raising, makes me not want to gain initiative. im not set in stone on this tho. |
