I don't understand how if I realized that my Neteller account was risky well before this happenned (and I reduced my balance to $157) how someone could allow 800K to be transferred into their account. Was he given any other options?

i talked to isaac about this yesterday and he said that he'd sell his 800K in neteller for 80% right away. we talked about what % is fair or realistic and i reminded him that with his 800K stuck, he's the one that could set the line.

I take credit for this. The OP posted the same thread in Legislation, where it was moved to the Zoo and then locked. This thread was originally in Politics, but I had the foresight to know this thread's rightful place.
