Default 2 quick spots vs. shortstack

100NL 6-max, shortstack has ~$20 and I cover. No read or stats.

Shortstack limps in CO, I raise to $6 in the SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. He calls.

The flop is T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. The pot is ~$12 and he has ~$14 behind.

What's the best line here? Openshove or check to induce a bluff? Surely no one is folding, right?

100NL 6-max, shortstack has about $20 again. Shortstack seems pretty aggro but he definitely isn't just donking around shoving any two in preflop and stuff like that. That said he's probably not great.

I raise AKo UTG+1 to $4 and get called by the shortstack in the CO or BTN.

The flop is T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. The pot is about $9 with ~$16 behind.

Openshove, bet/call, bet/fold, check/call, check/fold? Maybe it's too player dependent to say.

Without reads I'd just put him in on the flop, but I wouldn't shove I'd probably bet $11 just because it looks way less like a bluff and for him to decide to go with 22 or some ridiculous hand he'd actually have to shove himself. Just a little psychological thing. I might even raise to 7 pre.

On hand two its basically just a stupid hand in the sense that the shortstack makes the hand retarded. Openshove is fine, bet/fold isn't because you cant bet 7 then fold for 9 more getting like 2.3:1 when he could be doing it with anything. I think your best option is to openshove, followed by check/fold as this does hit a lot of hands.

hand 1- check/shove works, open shoving works, I doubt I'm folding too.

hand 2- i'd be more inclined to c/f, but i dont think it really matters what you do tbh. open shove, whatever.
