(By the way, in case you’re wondering where huge names like Doyle Brunson and Phil Hellmuth are, both were late scratches.)

Didn't know about this...why aren't they playing?

Phil Hellmuth is on his way to win the Party Poker Premier League tournament. He has a substantial lead after winning 4 out of 6 heats:

Ted and David would be worthy candidates to be part of Team Full Tilt but all four would probably be just 'friends of Full Tilt'.

Maybe, there'll be an announcement soon as to what's going on?

It looks like they just slapped a Full Tilt Sticker on everybody who wasn't already associated elsewhere. Big, fat commercial for FTP. I'm not complaining, I like FTP. Just very offsetting is all. As long as they are getting compensated I have no problems w/ it.

Stars should be doing some of this. I know that they are trying to keep this "family" image, but you need ppl to see ur logos too.

Many players do "single-event" sponsorship deals. FullTiltPoker.NET is one of the sites that offer such deals to players.

Benyamine and MansionPoker.NET agreed to part ways several weeks ago because Benyamine wanted to play the big games on FullTilt. The games on Mansion were all way too small for Benyamine.

I understand that PokerBlue is holding back on marketing in the U.S. for the time being.

Default 2007 NBC Heads-Up: Day 2

Today they will play down to the final 8. There will be two full rounds played out. Play has begun and I will post the results when each side of the draw fully completes play like I've done before (w/ the spoiler alert for those who want to wait the month or so b4 it begins to air).

PokerStars.NET used to offer single-event sponsorship deals at NBC Heads-UP, but not for the 2007 version.

Why not?

You should be able to figure that out given what has happened in the past 5 months.
