How would you guys recommend altering play there? I am finding my stats are somewhere around 24/12/1.9 after about 1500 hands.

I was a very large and consistent winnar @ AP 25NL in january. I ran 13ptbb/100 over 14k or so hands. That game is completly beatable. btw im 22/17 player. learn to flop sets, its very key to winning @ nl.
