How do you play these hands? I had no reads on this guy.What if this guy was a lag? Does it change anything?

please do the following:

2) play in dollah instead of yuro

3) check/fold the river.

You bet into a multiway raised pot which indicates strength, but you still got called. Because of the texture of the board you don't necessarily want to give up on the turn. You have a flush draw that could be good, especially against slowplayed trips, and villain could have called with an underpair to float a draw (which could certainly donk here).

It's unfortunate that your kicker is so poor, because if villain is calling you down with a queen it's almost always better than yours. When he puts all his money in on the river I don't really see what you beat because of this - villain hasn't played his hand like a bluff, the flush draw got there, and you haven't shown any signs of wanting to fold. So villain expects you to call, but he bet anyway. You can't call a bet that wants to be called.
