One's working for Compaq in Houston - developer/analyst One works for some defense contractor - he works on nuclear submarines One's a local home developer (not really a buddy though) One's a bartender/waitress/actress One went to Texas Tech, got knocked up, moved back here and works at Intel One sells real estate in Los Angeles The girl who lived four houses down from me is an actress living in Cali One works for Lockheed in Maryland And the ten-year reunion's in a few months. 1. dead of a brain tumor 2. doctor (twin 1) 3. doctor (twin 2) 4. turned out to a be a lesbian and also a doctor 5. doctor (well podiatrist) 6. WAN engineer Tier 2 (average joes) 1. Red Lobster manager 2. research scientist 3. process server 4. dead - suicide 5. newspaper ad sales Tier 3 - jocks, cool guys 1. freelance commercial artist 2. car wash employee back in the home town 3. owns a pet store 4. works in 7-11 (busted his knee in Div 1 football - potential for pro career long gone) Still talk to 3 guys in tier 1.. (graduated '87) We just discussed this a few weeks ago - they have more contacts because they still live in my hometown area... |

Not really a buddy, but I think this thread is heading down the 'famous people you went to school with' path. Played a bit of rugby together, went duck shooting, beers etc. He plays for the All Blacks but you guys have probably got no idea what this means. On a side note, his last name is Hore and his rugby position is hooker. Funnily enough, nobody gave him any [censored] at school about it.
