Actually the bun is the only unhealthy thing there assuming it contains vegetable oil. Even the fries served at this place are healthy because they are fried in natural animal fat (lard) instead of vegetable oil which is a chemical imitation food that is produced in a refinery. Hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated vegetable oils are the true cause of heart disease.
