Uninstalling Party

Is there a way to uninstall all the Party programs (poker, backgammon, 3-card monte, etc.) in a way that Party does not recognize your computer if you try to reinstall?

I think party installations are tied to windows user accounts. If you install it under another windows user account it should look new to party. This is what I had to do when I wanted multiple data mining accounts on the same computer.
