I am trying to get an issue resolved and am having difficulty getting support to return emails. Would appreciate a PM from support. Thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately Heidi left us and took a job in the real world [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I've been doing my best at answering support emails myself but as you can see, I'm not too great at it. Luckily I have been able to find a good staff to handle our support now but we have to get them trained. This may take another few days or a week. Currently one of the new staff, Brittany, is getting back to the more simple stuff, but as she is very new, there is a lot she cannot do yet. I'm getting to the rest but there may be a few day delay. PAYMENTS FOR ALL SITES WILL STILL BE ON TIME AS NORMAL If you are owed a back payment EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY!! After this is setup I promise the emails will be answered very quickly. Truth be told I never anticipated the site to grow this fast. We have over 1,500 players now! That is a lot of support!! As I said w/in a week it will all be back to normal (or better than normal!). If you have any urgent issues (as the current email auto-responder says) you can email me directly at management@rakeaid.com and I'll get right back to you.
