Help Required...............
I am currently based in the UK and I am looking to start up an online business. My problem is that I dont really have very much knowledge in the way of web design. We are looking to set up an 'ebay' style sort of website, which would need to include, search engines (for within the site), auctions, links to various other areas of the site, directories etc etc.
What I would like to know is if anyone knows a good reliable designer or point me in the right direction. I would also like a rough guide on the sort of price I would be looking to pay. Thanks in advance.

Several sites where you can post projects and request help from third parties:
<ul type="square">[*]Guru[*]Elance[*]Scriptlance[/list] Also, I found this in my recently visited links on Firefox even though I don't remember ever going here: Freelance411. It looks like it includes info on hiring freelance consultants.
