Default limped to blinds questions

Just curious on how you guys are playing hands from the blinds when its all limped.

2 limpers. your SB with ATs... raise? What about 88-99?

How about 78s or similar SC with 2-3 limpers. how about a min raise or 3xBB raise from blinds to build pot given we have good odds and a concealed hand. Thoughts anyone?

i probably just complete all of those, 99 is probably close to a raise, as i feel TT is a clear raise.

I've never tried the 3x or 3x raise from the blinds to build a pot with a sc or small pp. Perhaps that's something I could add to the repetoire. Typically I just complete ATs, AJs I might make a big raise and try to take the pot down pf as I would do with 77+ (depending on how calling stationish the limpers are) anything else I just complete.
