I like the preflop raise because it can knock out the poster who usually has trash and just has to fold leaving dead money behind. The raise also encourages CO and BTN to fold leaving you in position postflop with a good enough hand if the blinds want to call and see a flop.

Also if someone 3bets your preflop raise then you have more information to proceed postflop. If you just limp and someone raises after you then the raiser might have a good hand but also might be raising light to attack the perceived weakness of you and the poster, assuming poster typically has trash and doesn't raise. That makes it more difficult postflop since you don't know as well where you stand going into the flop.

bet/call the turn with completed flush draw. Wouldn't your hand play better multi-way and so you could just call PF?
