well not caling u stupid or anything but y were u wasting time with emails. dosent DR have a toll free phone # call and demand to speak to someone high up that could actually and is willing to review your situation, im sure it will be a pain to do so but atleast for me if it was that much money involved i would take serious measures, perhaps threaten to seek legal advice and sue the site(play some hardball)

Email is my preferred method of communication because you will end up with a written record of everything that transpired, whereas with a phone call they could tell you one thing and deny it later. So, continue sending emails and call daily until you are able to speak with someone who isn't a low level grunt.

So I posted that long ass message yesterday about DR owing me 15k and doing nothing about it. I contacted them again today via voice chat and after i ranted and raved a little more they sent me 6k to epassporte.

I know you're frustrated and losing sleep over a very real amount of money.
And I'm glad that it at least LOOKS LIKE you're getting your $6k (definitely don't believe it until you see it of course). But I'm not sure that your tone is helping a whole lot here. Again, I can't blame you for being that upset and taking such a tone. But it will just have them put you on permanent-ignore that much quicker I suspect. Whereas if you find some way to keep sucking it up and continue to deal with them professionally then MAYBE you still have a chance to get the rest of your money.

That is messed up. Why would they give you 6k just like that? They acknowledge they owe you money now, but it seems like they don't want to pay the last 9k.
