Default Tricky QQ versus nitty EP raiser

After 3500 Hands MP is 20/7/1.5, and 23wtsd%, 58won$SD%. With the large gap between his 7pfr and 20vpip, we can deduce that he is most likely limping in EP with his small and medium pairs, and raising with premiums only. I felt that versus such a tight range, a 3-bet was largely pointless, and it was best to call and and fold postflop to any major action if unimproved. All four streets are obviously highly debatable, and I would like if you can find a raise or a fold on any of these streets.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed)

UTG ($201.65)
MP ($99.25)
Hero ($106.65)
SB ($144.50)
BB ($104.05)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, MP raises to $4, Hero calls $4, 1 fold, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($12.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP bets $7, Hero calls $7, BB folds

Turn: ($26.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP bets $12, Hero calls $12.

River: ($50.50) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP bets $25, Hero calls $25.

Final Pot: $100.50

As played pre-flop i think you're fine post.

I'm 50/50 on a 3-bet pre. I hate calling half a stack off postflop to see him flip AA or KK when we could have escaped at $12 if he pushes.

if his stats are 20/7, i'm still 3-betting QQ preflop here
tight opponents that raise so few holdings are going to reveal their hand strengths more than any other type and this is a perfect opportunity to gain information with a great hand. I think we need to clear up the preflop decision before the postflop is discussed.

side information
pokerstove has 88+,ATs+,KTs+,AQo+ as the top 7%

I agree that you can still 3bet PF and probably fold to a 4bet, but given that he is so tight, he probably will not be 4betting with less than AA/KK and probably just calling with AK. Atleast you have then shown strength PF, since you just called PF he can put you on just about any 2 decent cards and just bet out at you, therefor we are not sure what he has.
Looks like he might have caught a set somewhere in there, I dont see him having anything else that beats you.

I'd raise preflop usually.

As played how do you feel about a turn raise?

Flat call preflop is ok, I'd really only do it in the blinds or on the button when the two blinds are really tight (or squeeze a lot). As played you really can't fold anywhere on this board given the likelihood he is value betting a worse hand, especially his puny blocking bets of 1/2 pot.
