Default AA OOP, turn c/r ok? (100nl)

Villain is a multitabling FTP reg, TAGgy. His stats are 21/15/4.5 over 450 hands. I don't recall any history between us, but he probably recognizes me as another FTP reg. I figured he could call the flop w/ a lot of hands, but I thought KQ and QJ were most likely. He could have KK or TT or 88, but he'd probably 3-bet the first 2, so I wasn't as concerned about those. KT also seemed unlikely, given his stats. He could also be floating with crap or seeing if I slowed down on the turn and calling w/ a T or 8.

I didn't think he'd call a turn bet w/ any hand that I beat, but I thought he might bet a King, QJ, or a Ten/random hand that he floated with, so I went for the stack-a-donk line. Thoughts?

He could be protecting an Kx or trying to get a cheap card with QJ. I like the raise. Not sure If i call push.

He didn't donk bet, I chck-raised him. And yes, I think I played thew hand too aggressively in retrospect. Do you guys just check/call turn and river? EDIT: that line just seems so weak...

I think I just bet turn here, then re-evaluate on the river.

C/C, C/F (prob not though), B/C, B/F and CRAI on river are all plausible here.
