If he really is w/t, you're behind his range. I'm folding.

This is entirely villian dependent, by which I mean both limper and raiser. If limper is bad and raiser knows this, we shove. If raiser isn't an uber-nit what does he do with AT/AJ/KQ/77-TT?

The 550 in the pot is alot of overlay vs any range making a quick fold folly in my mind if there's any chance we either a. have FE or b. his range is bigger than JJ+/AQ+

This is a qray area for me right now, my instinct is to shove- so I'm interested to see what is said.

Fold, and look for a better spot.

I dont think its a "easy fold" as many think. Seems like everyone wants to look for a better spot every time. You have to gamble sometimes.

No one referred to this situation as an easy fold.

This is a borderline push with AQ if your read on villain is weak/tight since he's coming in with a raise over a limper and with blinds still to act. The responses are majority fold because of your noted read and multiway pot implications.

i think you might be confusing a seemingly annoying point of nitness on this forum with the motive behind posting hands in the first place. think about it.

OP,

what are his raising tendencies? specifically making it just 3x over a limper? any read on that aspect of his weak tightness? my initial thoughts are to fold.

Well, I was multi tabling so I don't know his tendencies really well. His raise to 300 seemed weak so I ended up just pushing over top. Him being weak tight I thought he might perceive me as having a huge hand

its only conflicting because when you describe a villain as weak/tight im assuming hes not raising a ton pf. i also assume his bet and raise sizing is on the smaller end. because of my assumptions based on your given read (however generic it may be), im assuming that the stacks and situation do not permit profitably shoving here with AQ too much of the time.

since you just said that his raise seemed weak its possible your read is different and theres a communication barrier in this thread. as it stands id still fold.
