why lock the thread for J-Dubya?

Just wondering why the thread was locked for J-Dubya? I seems i have seen other sites and posters post this kind of information and the thread not get locked so why now?

Well Good Luck J, from psusnoop former 5/10 player on GPP that has all of his money locked up in Neteller and 1 check pending from GPP for the past 4 weeks BOOOOOOO

I can't really get started on FTP or PS till I get that damn check in the mail. This has been a crazy start for 07, hopefully things will turn around.

Anyone want to stake a few hundred to psusnoop??
